The new projected streets in Debar aim to provide improved traffic circulation within the town and provide better conditions for safe, efficient traffic in the town area and diversion of transit traffic from the town center.

The streets are built according to the projected elevations of geodetic marked and insured profiles, during previous clearing of the terrain.

The streets' roadway is made of several layers: firstly a buffer with d=30.0 cm, on which bitumen emulsion is placed; secondly an asphalt mixture of tip shot BNS 22 SA with d=7 cm is put; and finally an asphalt mixture of tip shot AB 11 S with d= 5 cm is embedded.

The sidewalks are made of buffer material with a length of 15 cm. Concrete paver elements with a length of 6 cm are placed afterwards. Concrete curbs with dimensions of 18/24/80 cm are installed to separate the roadway and the sidewalk.

Newly projected street 1 has a length of L=64.78 m and the newly projected street 2 has a length of L=201.56 m.
