The planned building meets all the requirements of the Investor, i.e. the new administration building has distributed in it all the premises intended for work and stay of the employees, that will be completely taken over from the old administration building. It is planned to have the following storeys: P+1+Pk in an area of 1540 square meters. For the purpose of its full functionality, new electrical installations, water supply and sewerage, heating, cooling and ventilation are provided, as well as a gas connection for the future. Part of the facade will be performed as a hidden structural facade. About 1,000,03 m3 of concrete and 80 tons of reinforcement will be installed for its construction.
