Arranging the torrent in the border village Germijan, i.e. the canal where the flood water is collected during heavy rains or melting snow. The torrent is being arranged with funds received from a grant through the EU IPA program and from the budget of the Municipality of Novaci. The project envisages arranging the torrent in two phases in the length of a kilometer and a half. Hundreds of agricultural families from the village of Germijan, with about 300 inhabitants, are direct beneficiaries of the project.

Clearing the entire route of shrubs and bushes, machine excavation of the ground to form the trough, installation and compaction of the channel buffer, compaction of the slopes and the bottom with crushed stone in cement mortar and masonry of a parapet wall of crushed stone.
